Matt Hoover, Personal Trainer

Matt Hoover

Matt graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management.  He has always had an interest in fitness, taking undergraduate health and physical education courses while consistently maintaining his own exercise program.  Matt is an ISSA certified personal trainer and has been involved in fitness and sport for the past 15 years.  Some of his favorite activities include softball, basketball, skiing and enjoying the outdoors.

If you have ever wondered why you constantly fall short on your fitness and health goals and you cannot seem to find a way to get through it all.  It’s because you need the right strength, cardio and nutritional approaches all working together. Matt will provide you with a complete fitness solution that can be implemented to help you reach your goals!

He specializes in training a wide range of clients from well-conditioned athletes to individuals focused on losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle.   Matt has great experiences working with a variety of clients and is always looking forward to the next challenge.  

Nate Parks, Personal Trainer

Nate Parks

Nate has been involved in fitness and athletics throughout his life.  He played multiple sports through high school and earned an athletic scholarship to play college basketball while earning a bachelor's degree in business administration.  He holds a black belt in Kajukembo Martial Arts and still actively trains and teaches Tae Kwon do and Jiu Jitsu.  Nate has extensive experience in general fitness such as weight raining, plyometric traning and aerobic training.  He currently coaches high school basketball for Junction City High School.  His hobbies include Martial Arts and golf.

Nate's goal is to get you in great shape, help you to develop skills, coordination and flexibility so you can lead a healthy lifestyle.  He will challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise and nutritional planning.  As your trainer Nate will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to achieve all of your fitness goals.  With your determination and his dedication, you can make it happen!
