Justin Hoover, PT

Justin Hoover

After attending Kansas State University, Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 1977.  Justin has practiced in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, home health, long term care, sports and industrial.  He served as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Physical Therapy program at Wichita State University teaching a class in evaluation and treatment of the musculo-skeletal system and has been very active in the American Physical Therapy Association serving in numerous positions at the state and national level including 2 terms as the president of the Kansas Physical Therapy Association.

He began his Physical Therapy career as the Director of Physical Therapy at Edwards County Hospital in Kinsley, KS, a small rural hospital, and then served as the Assistant Director of Physical Therapy at St Joseph Medical Center in Wichita.  Justin was then a clinic director for Mid Kansas Therapy Services in Wichita before moving to Charleston, Illinois to become Director of Physical Therapy at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. 

Justin returned to Kansas in 1988 and together with Greg Bachman formed Hoover, Bachman & Associates, Inc which contracts with hospitals, home health agencies, schools, long term care facilities and businesses to provide Physical, Occupational and Speech-Language Services.  Justin enjoys sports and also serves at the head girls basketball coach at Junction City High School.

Ann Hoover, PT

Ann Hoover

Ann is a licensed Physical Therapist working at Geary Rehab & Fitness Center, a division of Geary Community Hospital.  After attending Kansas State University, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 1979.  Her PT experience covers a variety of work settings and she is currently providing services in the outpatient clinic and with home health patients.  Ann serves at the Clinical Coordinator and facilitates and supervises Physical Therapy students from across the Midwest.  With over 30 years of experience, Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical, comprehensive approach to her patients with an emphasis on improving their quality of life.

Amy Brickei, PT

Amy Brickei

Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Life Sciences from Kansas State University in 1991 and her Masters in  Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 1993. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.  During her 18 years of practice, Amy has worked with a wide variety of people in many different settings.  She has focused on pediatrics over the last 5 years, particularly the birth to five population.  Amy enjoys spending time with her family, sports and reading.

John Leslie, DPT

John Leslie

John was born in Kansas City, KS.  He got his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Kansas State University in 2003, with a minor in Biology.  He graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008, before immediately beginning to work at Geary Rehabilitation and Fitness Center.  John is a Certified Clinical Instructor by the APTA, and enjoys mentoring Physical Therapy students.  He enjoys golfing, though is not very good at it.  He also enjoys motorcycling; and music that is outside of the mainstream… because popular music is terrible.

Matt Hagenmaier, DPT

Matt Hag

Matt did his undergraduate coursework at Kansas State University, graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in May 2011. Matt enjoys exercising on a routine basis, with weight lifting being his favorite activity. He also loves spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and working on the family farm near Randolph, KS. Matt enjoys working with patients with a variety of diagnoses, with particular interest in orthopedic conditions. He would be happy to assist you in achieving your goals and returning you to function.

Donita Ryff, PTA

Donita Ryff

Donita is a graduate from Herington High School and lives in Ramona.  She began her Physical Therapy career as a tech at the Herington Hospital in 1978.  She received her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from Colby Community College in 2002. Donita has an interest in aquatic therapy and enjoys orthopoedic rehab. She is married and has three children and three grandchildren.

Rebecca Schwab, PTA

Rebecca Schwab New

Becca lives in Clay Center and has worked as a PTA since 2005.  She played softball and pitched for Cloud County Community college where she received an Associate of Arts degree before going to Washburn University to get her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of  Science in Health Services Administration.  Becca enjoys working with orthopedic patients.  She is married and has two children.

Teresa Kramer, PTA

Teresa Kramer

Teresa is native of Northern New York State.  She has served in the US Air Force and is now a military spouse.  She worked several years as a Legal Assistant and has held various administrative positions.  She graduated in 2008 from Fairmont State University, WV with an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  Teresa and her husband moved to Kansas in 2009 when he received an assignment to Fort Riley.  Teresa has been an employee of Geary Rehabilitation and Fitness Center since February 2009.  Although she occasionally assists with Physical Therapy patients at Geary Community Hospital, her primary position is working with school age children.  She travels to the majority of schools in the USD 475 district where she provides Pediatric Physical Therapy services within the school setting.  Teresa enjoys being a volunteer for her Family Readiness Group, fishing, gardening and all things outdoors.

Rachel Field, PTA

Rachel Field

Born and raised in Wichita, KS, Rachael graduated with a B.A. in Physical Education and an Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Washburn University in 1996. Rachael has been an employee of Geary Rehab and Fitness Center since May 1996. She enjoys working full time at Geary Community Hospital with patients in Acute, Swing Bed and Inpatient Rehab. Rachael is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, golf, tennis, long walks and spending time with her family at Milford Lake.
